ISEMI 12V/24V dry process supercapacitor engine starter module series adds new members
ISEMI recently announced the launch of the 12V/24V dry supercapacitor jump starter (DSJS) series, which is an ideal choice for improving the running time and power reliability of diesel engines.
This new product is based on ISEMI's advanced 3V 3400F dry process supercapacitor design, which can reliably start and operate vehicles in cold weather or non frequent starting conditions. It effectively solves multiple pain points of traditional engine starting modules in practical applications, fully meeting the needs of various diesel engine vehicles and equipment used in transportation, construction, defense, aviation, navigation, agriculture, forestry, mining and other industries for fast starting, stable performance, safety and reliability under various complex conditions.
As is well known, diesel engines are often difficult to start when not in use for a long time or under low temperature conditions. This 12V/24V DSJS can fully take over the engine starting task, smoothly starting the engine when the battery voltage drops significantly, avoiding common problems encountered when starting diesel engines with lead-acid batteries and improving customer production efficiency.
Unlike batteries that generate and store energy through chemical reactions, supercapacitors use electric fields to store energy. This electrostatic energy storage mechanism allows DSJS to not only complete charging and discharging in less than a second, but also operate normally in a wide temperature range of -40 ℃~+65 ℃ (-40 ℉~+149 ℉), reliably running over one million charging and discharging cycles, and resistant to vibration and impact. Plannano can provide dry process supercapacitor cells and customized module designs, with capacitor ranges from 1500F to 3400F.
ISEMI's 12V/24V DSJS offers two models: MC0566C0-0018R0C, which uses six 3V 3400F dry supercapacitor units for series parallel design and can provide a rated voltage of 18V; MC0340C0-0030R0D, which uses a series parallel design of ten 3V 3400F dry supercapacitor units and can provide a rated voltage of 30V.
