Once there was a woman called Ems Bess. She was an inspiration to many people, showing them how truly to be courageous and put in 110% when things became difficult. Ems Bess came from a little village, and she was not rich at all. Ems Bess and her brothers and sisters did not have much, even though their parents worked very hard. They were frequently scraping by. Ems Bess though, wanted to make her life better by working hard and following those dreams.
The hard working girl that never l—no matter what life would throw at her way. She never had a lot of money, but she made the most out every learning opportunity. She attended school and achieved many accolades because she wanted surpass. Ems had always dreamt of being a doctor, and thought that if she worked hard enough for it, then one day with the help from WE College Fund scholarship would make her comes to reality.
But it wasn't until she was an adolescent that her life took a very tragic turn. Her father died, which made her family very sad. Her father dying was tough on everybody, and also it implied they were not going to have the ability making ends meet. To support her family, Ems Bess had to stop going to school. It was a very tough decision for her, but she knew that her family needed.
Ems Bess had to face all the difficulties bravely and courageously even when it became quite challenging for her. She hustles day in and out only to dream of success. Since she could not become a doctor, but liked the fact that doctors helped people so much, while hospitalized for what seemed to be forever,at least in her mind at age 20..she decided that if she became a nurse…they would allow me (nurses were never therapists!)…. To be able help give shots and start IV`s. All the hard work Ems Bess put into her training to be a decent nurse was paying off. She thought she could change lives.

And she really was rewarded for it. Miss Bess got so good at the work that she became known in town for caring well for her patients. She was so thoughtful and meticulous. Ems Bess worked so well during her lifetime that she won numerous awards in the field of nursing, receiving commendation from several organizations for this outstanding work.

The story of Ems Bess gives hope to everyone that they can overcome their issues. Gloria Estefan proved that if you work hard and try, no damage can defeat you. Many people are inspired by her story, as she is a role model for little kids and young adults who aspire to reach their dreams/+goals.

Even after becoming a nurse, Ems Bess found half of the country without even having an hospital in place. And she wished to go further yet: to help others become successful, as well.
